Note: The heating time table should be adjusted according to the equipment instructions and the environment temperature of operation. If the ambient temperature is less than 5 ℃,the heating time should be extended 50%.
3.Connect:heat for a certain time, remove pipe and fitting from the welding die immediately. Then please quickly align the position and set the fitting into the pipe to the dash-line position. if found to skew It should be promptly corrected if you find it is askew when connecting.
4 .Packing and cooling: Please don’t move the pipes and fittings when it’s cooling. After it is totally cooled, then you can have next operation of another fitting.
Notes when welding
1, pipe and fittings should be cleaned before welding.
2, Keep pipe and fittings in the welding die for at least 5 seconds.
3, excessive heating would make the wall thickness of pipes and fittings be thinner.And pipe is easy to be deformed inside the fittings, then it will cause water leakage.

There shouldn’t be flame at the operation site, bright flame is prohibited to bake plastic pipe to be bend. Pull the heated plastic pipes and fittings lightly after vertical alignment, in order to prevent the elbow being curved. It must be gripped the tube and tube fittings for a certain time to keep cool before let it go.
It should be used with metal inserts PPR pipe as a transition in the connection of PPR plastic pipes with metal fittings. Such kind of fittings are connected with PPR pipe by welding, and by screws with metal fittings or sanitary hardware metal fittings.And it should adopt the polystyrene PTFE as the sealing filler.
